Hecho por los maestros detrás de Project Gotham Racing y Metropolis Street Racer, Blur es un proyecto de carreras de Bizarre Creations que tiene por objeto adoptar medidas de estilo arcade de conducción y realista la física a un nivel completamente nuevo. El juego sumerge a los jugadores en el corazón de bombeo, electrificación carreras de acción con 20 coches en una pista de todas las dirigidas a la línea de meta y luchan entre sí, pues el comercio de pintura y recoger power-ups intensa, incluyendo la capacidad para volar otros coches de en medio con explosiones enormes de energía, aumentar su velocidad, y mucho más.

Si bien el control de los coches de calidad fotográfica, los jugadores pueden utilizar ataques ofensivos y defensivos en su lucha por el liderato y corren por la pista ubicaciones del mundo real que van desde Los Ángeles y San Francisco a las calles de Hackney, Reino Unido y los caminos traicioneros de Barcelona, España.
